Description Young children need a nutritious balanced diet to grow up healthy. Children should learn to eat healthy an early age. Students will learn about the five food groups and how good foods help them grow big and strong.

Students will:

* Learn that foods are divided into food groups.

* Learn that colors that represent food groups.

* Participate in physical activity while learning about the importance of daily physical activity as a part of good health.

This program is exclusively for the students of Haugan Elementary.
