Evaluation
Impact Evaluation: We ask that you complete reading the program planning packet. Then we would encourage you to work with your club/group to create a yearly club program plan. This will be shared with 4-H families in your club and the Extension office.
Welcome, VALUED Volunteer
Module 3 of our VALUED Volunteers Program is on Program Planning. We have prepared a guide sheet that will help you review and use all the materials that are a part of this lesson. The guide sheet can be viewed by clicking on the Guide Sheet button in the upper right hand corner and is available for download.
For Module 3 you will view the lesson on this website. Prior to viewing this lesson, please print each of the handouts that go along with the six steps to program planning. The handouts are also attached to the step web pages.

Evaluation
Upon completion of your review of the web-based program planning packet, we would like for you to apply what you have learned in this module by helping your own club create a program plan for the rest of the 4-H year. Please complete the 4-H Feedback Postcard for Module 3 – Program Planning and return it to your local Extension office as soon as possible. Please turn the club program plan into the Extension office when you and your club members finish the planning process. The Follow Up Evaluation Form should be completed about two months after you finish this module. Please return it to your local Extension office. If you need additional help with this process, please feel free to contact me. Don't forget to fill out the Program Planning Completion Form at the end of Step 6 and print your certificate of completion.
