Fiesta Pozole
Ingredients:
2 15.5 ounce cans hominy
2 quarts water
2.5 cups raw cubed pork with fat trimmed
1 tablespoons red chile powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoons salt
Directions:
Brown pork in large pan for about 2 to 4 minutes.
Add water and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
