Fresh Summer Squash
Ingredients:
2 yellow summer squash
2 zucchini
1 sweet red pepper
1/3 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon celery seed (powder or whole)
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Thinly slice or julienne summer squash, zucchini and red pepper.
Combine all ingredients and stir. Cover and refrigerate before serving to allow flavors to blend.
