Spanish Rice
Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan, cook rice in oil over moderate heat for about 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic, stirring constantly for another minute or two.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
