Green Chile Stew
Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Mix flour and cubed pork together in bowl.
  2. Place meat in stew pot and brown over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Note: This recipe is intended to be a side dish. Add potatoes and more meat to make a one-dish meal. If potatoes are not used, the dish freezes well.
