Lentil Soup
Ingredients:
2 cups lentils
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
8 ounces
chorizo
, chopped
6 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 cups water
salt and pepper -- to taste
Directions:
Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until tender.
Add flour, cook 1 minute.
Add all other ingredients
Simmer 1¾ hours.
