- Put the beans in a pot with the pork and the onion. Cook until beans are smooth and creamy.
- Let them cool a little, stir to make a liquid and return them to the pot.
- In a separate saucepan, fry the bacon and the garlic.
- Season with salt, pepper, cumin and oregano.
- When everything has been browned in the saucepan, pour the beans in the saucepan and boil for 15 minutes.
- Add the evaporated milk and stir.
