Black Beans with Onions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until the onion is soft, about two minutes.
  2. Stir in the paprika and salt. Add the beans and cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Add the Tabasco, bring to a simmer, and cook for 1 minute.
