Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 12 medium shrimp, cooked and deveined
  • 3 corn taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 3 tablespoons salsa
  • 3 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Assemble taco with lettuce first onto taco shell. Layer shrimp, salsa, and cheese on top.
Exchange: 1 lean meat, 1 starch
