4 packages of instant oatmeal
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
1 container of orange juice
Servings: 4 (1 serving = 1 package of instant oatmeal, ¼ cup dried cranberries, ¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds and 1cup of orange juice)

Chicken Stew
Combine and heat* (4 servings):
1 can of chicken chunks
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of mushrooms
1 can of peas
Serve with whole grain crackers (5 per person)
* can purchase 2-3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to add

Tuna casserole
1 can of tuna
1 package of egg noodles
1 can of peas
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
crushed saltine crackers to make a crunchy top
Mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles until tender and drain. In a casserole dish, combine noodles, cream of mushroom soup and peas. Top with crushed saltine crackers and bake for 30 minutes
Servings: 4 (1 serving= 4oz of noodles)
