12 graham crackers with 8 Tablespoons of peanut butter
2 cans of fruit cocktail
Servings: 4 (1 serving = 3 Graham Cracker, 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 2 cups fruit cocktail)

Chicken Mac ‘n Cheese
1 box macaroni and cheese mix
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 can of canned chicken
1 can of peas (or canned carrots)
Directions: Cook pasta in water until tender. Drain and add milk and contents of sauce packet. Mix well and add chicken and peas.

Rice and Beans
2 cups of rice
1 large can of red kidney beans
1 small can of white beans
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes
season with chili powder and garlic powder

Biscuit recipe with water
Directions: Cook rice. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer until it’s hot. Stir and add a little water as needed
