1 can salmon, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
Tortillas
Directions
1. Combine salmon, soy sauce and rice.
2. Add a spoonful to center of tortilla and roll.

Meatless Chili
1 qt tomato juice
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 packet of chili mix
1 package of saltine crackers
Directions
1. Strain the light and dark kidney beans.
2. Add the tomato juice, and the strained kidney beans to a large pot.
3. Add entire contents of chili beans can to pot along with chili packet.
4. Cook at medium heat on stove top for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
