Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups lowfat chocolate milk
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate frozen yogurt
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
