When your grandchildren get the munchies, try these ultra-easy, no-fuss snacks. Since they are food combinations, they count as servings from two or more food groups.

Chips 'N' Salsa
  • Pour some salsa into a bowl and use baked tortilla chips as dippers. Sliced cucumbers, mushrooms and squash taste great with salsa, too!

Fruit Mixer

  • Create your own wild fruit juice. Just mix two or more different juices in one glass. Try pineapple, orange, cranberry, apple, grapefruit, or peach.

Yogurt Sundae

  • Top low-fat yogurt with berries, nuts, and some crunchy cereal.
