Peach Smoothies - Makes four 10-oz. servings
- 1 15-oz. can of sliced peaches
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 8-oz. container of vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 10 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients into a blender, and put the lid on the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses.
