Recipe Corner

Peach Smoothies - Makes four 10-oz. servings Ingredients
  • 1 15-oz. can of sliced peaches
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 8-oz. container of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 10 ice cubes
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and put the lid on the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses.
