Recipe Corner

If you have trouble getting your grandkids to eat fruit, try this shake recipe for a quick breakfast or snack.

Strawberry Shake (makes 2 servings)Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3 Tbsps. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
