Lamb’s Ear
Stachys byzantina ‘Helen von Stein’

Excellent cultivar with large, silver-gray, fuzzy leaves. Clump form grows 10 inches tall and 30 inches wide. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. Flowering is limited which helps to preserve a nice clean appearance. Tolerant of heat and humidity. Space 12–15 inches apart. Perennial. Hardy in Zone 4.
