Ceratostigma plumbaginoides

Very good semi-evergreen groundcover with metallic green leaves on wiry stems. Grows 6–10 inches tall and prefers full sun to light shade. Blue flowers in early August to September. Space 6–8 inches apart. Perennial. Hardy in Zone 5.
