Dilled Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 2 med. cucumbers (seedless if possible)
  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt, reduced fat
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers.
  2. Combine yogurt and dill with sliced cucumbers.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
