Herb Butter for Toast and Breads

Ingredients

  • Mix thoroughly:
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Spread on thick slices of sourdough, French or Italian bread.
  2. Toast under broiler for a short time.
