Herb Seasoned Butter

Ingredients

Combine:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Blend well.
  2. Spread on slices of French, Italian, or sourdough bread with butter and toast under the broiler.
