Darla Castelli, PhD was at the University of Illinois and is now an Associate Professor of Physical Education and Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas, Austin.

Karen Chapman-Novakofski, RD, PhD is a Professor of Nutrition and Extension Specialist at the University of Illinois.

David Goss was a Master's degree student in Kinesiology and Community Health at the University of Illinois.

Leia Weston, MS, RD is an Extension Educator in Nutrition and Wellness at the University of Illinois.

Henna Muzaffar, RD is a doctoral candidate in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Illinois.

Jane Scherer, MS is an Extension Specialist in Urban Programming/Web Coordination at the University of Illinois.
