Description Holidays are filled with family, traditions and lots of food. Keep your family healthy by serving food. In this workshop participants will learn tips for preparing a safe holiday meal and storing and reheating leftovers.

In addition, participants will learn about turkey safety, danger zone and taking proper temperatures in cold and hot meals.
