| Have you heard the saying "you are what you eat"? It's true. Let My Pyramid be your guide to eating right, staying fit and growing up healthy. Participants will:
* Learn about the five food groups and recommended daily portion sizes for each food group.
* Learn to assess their diet and physical activity behaviors.
* Identify ways to improve their diet and physical activity choices.
This program is exclusively for the students of Haugan Elementary.
