Summer  Soup

6 Cups 1% Milk
2 large cans of flaked red salmon
2 Medium peeled and diced potatoes
1 chopped small onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp ried dill weed
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally then simmer until potatoes are tender. 20-25 minutes.
Serves ~6.
