Broccoli Salad

2 Bunches Broccoli, cut into small pieces
1/3 Cup green or red onion, chopped
2/3 Cup raisins
½ lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
¾ Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar

Combine broccoli, raisins, and onions in large salad bowl. In a smaller bowl combined sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over salad and toss. Refrigerate. Just before serving sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds; toss.
Serves 6-8.
