Jennifer’s Best-ever Breakfast Invention

1 C plain nonfat yogurt
1 crisp medium apple (such as Fuji), cored and chopped
2 T chopped walnuts
1 T toasted sesame seeds, optional

Combine all ingredients and enjoy.

Note: best if eaten at once, but also keeps fairly well for several hours in the fridge (yogurt may separate slightly, but apples will not turn brown)
