Salmon Patties + Peas

1 Large Can Salmon with bones, remove skin, mash salmon finely
1 Large egg whipped
½ Cup light mayo or miracle whip
Dash curry
Juice of ½ lemon
8-10 Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients. If you have bread crumbs press into surface of pattie and fry in olive oil. Otherwise fast fry in olive oil.
Serve with creamed peas
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 Cup milk
Stir together til thickened, salt and pepper to taste. Add frozen baby peas while sauce is hot.
Serves 6-8
