Matzo Meal Kugel (Pudding)

4 eggs
1 c sugar
4 c milk
4 T brandy
5 T melted butter
2 c matzo meal
1 tsp salt

Combine eggs and sugar; beat well.  Add milk and melted butter; mix well.  Stir in matzo meal, salt, and brandy.
Pour into buttered 11 x 13-in pan.  Bake at 350oF for one hour (don’t over bake).  Cut into slices.  Can be served hot or cold.
