Tofu Chocolate Pudding

1 c semisweet chocolate chips
2 T water
16 oz soft silken tofu, drained
¼ c soy or skim milk
1 T vanilla extract

Melt chocolate with water in heavy saucepan or double boiler.  In blender or food processor, combine tofu with melted chocolate, milk, and vanilla extract.  Process until mixture is smooth.  Chill for one hour in 6 serving dishes.  Top with fruit or nuts.
