Berries Two-Way

1 ½ c low-fat yogurt
2 T honey
2 c berries
2 c calcium-fortified granola
1 ½ c silk tofu
3 T non-fat dry milk
4 calcium-fortified graham cracker

Place yogurt, honey, tofu, and dry milk into blender, process until smooth.  Divide half between 4 small bowls or tall glasses.  Top with half of granola, then half of berries.  Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.  Serve with graham cracker.
