1 c soymilk (plain or vanilla)
½ c diced, frozen strawberries
1 sliced frozen banana
2 T sweetener (optional)
1/8 tsp vanilla
In blender combine soymilk, fruit, sweetener, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serves 2.

8 oz chopped dates
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c chopped pecans
1 box Ritz crackers
Put dates, milk, and pecans in a pan on low heat and stir constantly until mixture is spreadable.
Spread mixture on top of crackers until you have a cookie sheet full, then bake at 350oF for 8 minutes.
Cool. Put icing* atop each cookie. Makes 100.
*Make thin icing with powdered sugar, vanilla, and water.
