Cranberry
Christmas Punch
- 3 oz. cherry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 qt. cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 trays of ice cubes
- 1 pint ginger ale, chilled
- Fruit flavored sherbet, optional
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade. Add cold water
and cranberry juice. Place in large bowl with ice cubes or in molded
ring. Pour in ginger ale just before serving. Add balls of sherbet
if desired.
Makes about 25 servings.
Strawberry
Slush
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
- 1 tsp. fine granulated sugar
- 5 ice cubes
Blend until frothy.

Mint
Smoothie
- 2 cups milk
- 3 scoops vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
- 2 drops green food coloring
Combine in blender until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and
top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Chocolate
Drink
- 8 qt. box powdered milk
- 1 lb. powdered chocolate drink mix
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 cup coffee creamer
Mix in large container. Place several tablespoons of the mixture
in a mug of hot water and stir. Garnish with whipped cream or frozen
whipped topping.
