Dan Horn is the DMS Coordinator in the State 4-H office. Dan's primary responsibilities include supporting the users of the 4-H Data Management System (4-H DMS) in the offices throughout the state.

Prior to joining the University of Illinois, Dan worked for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) as a Business Analyst in the EHS/Inventory Management group. Dan also worked for Consolidated Communications based in Mattoon, IL for over 20 years providing a variety of technical support to the Operator and Inmate Services division.

Dan has a BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University, with a major in Computer Management.
