Eastern White - moist well - drained slightly acidic soil, 50 - 150 feet tall.
Environmental conditions
Reason most die in ill.
Scotch - over planted, 30 - 90 feet tall.
Austrian - over planted, 50 - 100 feet tall.
Red - tolerates abused soils, 50- 125 feet tall.
Mugo - shrub up to 35 feet by 35 feet.
